Club T1D is a 9 week program designed to help young people, aged 10-14 years, build real-life diabetes skills, grow confidence, and connect with others walking the same path.
Through fun, hands-on sessions and supportive peer connection, participants will develop the tools they need to manage life with T1D and feel less alone doing it.
This is a great opportunity for kids and teens diagnosed in the last 2 years, or those whose needs are changing as they develop.

What your CHILD will gain
Club T1D focuses on three key areas:
Competence
Practical, everyday diabetes skills - so they know what to do, when it matters most.
Confidence
Emotional resilience and self-belief - so they feel in control, not overwhelmed.
Connection
A sense of belonging - so they know they’re not the only one navigating this.
HOW DOES CLUB T1D WORK?
Each session is interactive, age-appropriate and designed to feel engaging - not clinical - with a strong focus on real-life application. Over the term, the participants will complete a "Skills Passport" as they work through each session.
Families are also part of the journey, with simple take-home activities that support communication, understanding and confidence at home.
