WHAT IS T1D EMPOWER?

An easy to follow, 8-to-12 week program for teens aged 12-17 years old in Western Australia.

T1D Empower connects you with a mentor who also lives with type 1 diabetes, someone who understands what you are going through and can share tips, stories, and support you through tough times. Together, you will meet once a week (in person or over the phone) to chat about topics that matter to you.

Thanks to our generous donors and supporters, this program comes at no cost to you.
