About the event
WHAT IS T1D TOGETHER?
This program is a blend of clinical expertise and peer lived experience. It includes two primary workshops facilitated by a Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) and an online community.

The Online Forum:
A closed, safe online discussion space will be created for participating families to ask questions, share resources, and provide ongoing peer support between and after sessions.
