About the event
At the last Type 1 Dinner, there was great enthusiasm for doing more activities together, so this event kicks of the first of a series for the tribe to come together, have some fun, and maybe talk about type 1 somewhere in there as well. Axe throwing is a great activity to get the conversation going, and the team at Lumber Punks are awesome teachers; they make it fun and approachable for everyone, regardless of your athletic aptitude! 😝
And what would a diabetes gathering be without food?! Just around the corner is Bright Tank Brewing, a much-loved Perth micro-brewery that serve a great range fo delicious beers and food. So once we've mastered the ancient art of axe throwing, we'll head over for a good pint (in true Norse style) at about 7pm.

The ticket price covers your session of axe throwing at Lumber Punks. To keep things simple, attendees will purchase their own food and drinks at Bright Tank Brewing.
