Makes 4 serves
Ingredients
500g diced beef
Salt and cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sweet paprika
4 garlic cloves, crushed
200g sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
200g sour cream
Method
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick frypan to medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the beef and cook until just sealed.
Add the sweet paprika and garlic and cook, stirring for a further 1-2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, tomato paste, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Bring to the boil and reduce to simmer.
Stir occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
Add sour cream right before serving, mix well and continue to stir while it heats through.
This can be served on top of your staple of choice.
